You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase (except on apparel items, see below). Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.

These custom designed shave brushes come in either a standard custom resin handle or a handcrafted mixed resin handle. They measure 24mm (tuft diameter) x 57mm (height).
They both utilize the highest quality Zenith premium boar hair for the best lathering experience available in wet shaving. We have tried and tested them all for you: synthetic, badger hair, and boar hair.
After one to two dozen uses (allowing the bristles soften up a bit) boar brushes provide the richest lathering experience possible in wet shaving. And, we wanted to make sure our customers got the richest lathering and best shaving experience available.
The custom handcrafted resin handles are described like this from our Italian partner: “The handcrafted handles are made using a very long and complex process. In fact, 85% of the process is done by hand, with only the turning work being mechanized. This is why it is so costly, and we reserve it for our top-of-the-line shaving brushes.” The best part, no two handcrafted handles are the same. Because they are handcrafted and the resin colors are mixed for each one individually, every brush is unique.
Both brushes perform the same, but for those discerning customers looking for a more custom experience, the custom handcrafted handles are truly works of art, handcrafted by generations of Italian brush craftsmen.
Please note that the boar in the standard resin handle is unbleached and the hair on the handcrafted resin handle is bleached. These are for cosmetic reasons only and do not affect the quality of the premium boar experience we are offering.
